Deliveries

Delivery is available from Hidrawear.com to Ireland, the USA, France, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg and Spain.

Free Shipping in the US only for orders over $60, otherwise charged at $9.99

Orders from Hidrawear.com

Orders take between 2-5 business days for processing and delivery. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays).

Deliveries normally take place Monday-Friday between 09:00-17:00, so please specify a shipping address where you will be available to accept your delivery.

Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your HidraWear purchase. If you have a product to return, please review our returns policy and complete our Returned Merchandise Authorisation form.

Returns Policy

Incorrect or Unwanted Goods

The HidraWear Promise: 30 Day Money Back Guarantee

All HidraWear products come with a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee period. We offer a full refund of the purchase price for products returned to us within 30 days, beginning on the day you receive your delivery. The guarantee is subject to the terms detailed below:

  • The product should be in perfect condition with the care label still attached, no defect or damages and in its original packaging.
  • Any garment removed from its packaging needs to be washed before returning.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

If your return request is regarding the sizing of your garment, please view our instructional videos on how to adjust the garment to best suit you.

If you still wish to make a return, please complete our Returned Merchandise Authorisation form. Our Customer Care team will issue you with an RMA number and advise you on how to return the product to us.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you believe a product has been delivered in a faulty or damaged condition, or a fault appears during the 3-month warranty period, please complete our Returned Merchandise Authorisation form. Our Customer Care team will issue you with an RMA number and advise you on how to return the product to us. Garments should have the care label still attached and any garment removed from its packaging needs to be washed before returning.

If a product is found to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship during the 3-month warranty period, we will at our option, either:

  • provide you with a replacement item
  • provide you with a refund for the cost of the product purchased

provided the product has:

  • been used for its intended purpose
  • not been subjected to misuse or neglect
  • not been modified or repaired

Terms and Conditions

All products returned to HidraMed Solutions, whether incorrect, unwanted, damaged or faulty, will only be accepted if the following terms and conditions are met:

  • All products must clearly state the RMA number provided by Customer Care
  • All products are the customer’s responsibility until received by HidraMed Solutions. It is advisable to return your product by a traceable method
  • It is not our policy to refund postage and packaging
