Delivery & Shipping

Delivery is available to Ireland and the UK only. We hope to ship to the rest of Europe and America very soon. If you would be interested in getting updates on our shipping, please subscribe to our email list here.

Delivery Charges
Ireland:   €9.95
UK:         €11.95

Orders may take between 2-3 business days for processing and delivery. Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday) excluding national holidays.

Deliveries normally take place Monday-Friday between 09:00-17:00, so please specify a shipping address where you will be available to accept your delivery.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you have an item to return, please review our returns policy and complete our returns form below.

Incorrect or Unwanted Goods

You may return an item within 14 days of receiving your delivery. The item should be in perfect condition with no defect or damages and in its original packaging.

Once you have completed our returns form, our Customer Care team will issue you with a Return Authorisation Number and advise you on how to return the item to us.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you believe an item has been delivered in a faulty or damaged condition, or a fault appears during the 3-month warranty period, please complete our returns form. Our Customer Care team will issue you with a Return Authorisation Number and advise you on how to return the item to us.

If an item is found to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship during the 3-month warranty period, we will at our option, either:

  • provide you with a replacement item
  • provide you with a refund for the cost of the item purchased

Provided the item has:

  • been used for its intended purpose
  • not been subjected to misuse or neglect
  • not been modified or repaired

Terms and Conditions

All items returned will only be accepted if they are clearly labelled with a Return Authorisation Number.

All items are your responsibility until they are received by us, therefore we recommend that you use a secure and traceable shipping method. All items returned to us must be shipped at your own cost.

You must receive approval from our Customer Care team before returning any faulty, damaged, incorrect or unwanted item. If items are returned without the prior approval of our Customer Care Team, returns will not be accepted.
